Fuzzy-Based Screening System for Determination of Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Method in Reservoir

The petroleum industry is developing technology to increase oil recovery in reservoirs. One of the technologies used Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). Selecting an EOR method for a specific reservoir condition one most challenging tasks engineer. This study tries build fuzzy logic-based screening system determine method. It created intending be able assist selecting and determining appropriate field. There are nine input criteria screen criteria, namely: API Gravity, Saturation, Formation Type, Net Thickness, Viscosity, Permeability, Temperature, Porosity, Depth criteria. output generated from calculation 14 outputs, CO2 MF Miscible Flooding, IMMF Immiscible HC N2 WAG Flooding , HC+WAG Polymer, ASP, Combustion, Steam, Hot Water, Microbial. In this system, 512 rules produce different outputs method, with Mamdani's Fuzzy Inference reasoning. fuzzy-based has accuracy rate 80.95%, so suitable engineers according conditions reservoir. sensitivity level only reaches 53.1%, while specificity 94%.
